Flight FAQs
You have the convenience of booking your own flights, with your preferred airline and the schedule that is most convenient for you. Global DMC Partners will reimburse clients for the cost of your flight based on round-trip airfare (coach) from your home destination to the Nassau Lynden Pindling Airport (NAS), up to the reimbursement banding limits (whichever is lower), and following the terms provided here. We ask that all flights be booked by April 18, 2025. When booking your flight, please keep the below policies in mind:
The Connection begins at 5:00 pm on Thursday, June 12th. If based on flight patterns, a flight is not available for you to arrive with enough time for the Connection opening, please email connection@globaldmcpartners.com to discuss your options.
Please take note that if a flight is available for you to arrive in time for the event on the 12th, but you prefer to arrive on the 11th, you will be responsible for the cost of your room.
Global DMC Partners will reimburse whichever is lower – either the actual flight cost, or the maximum reimbursement limit for your home departure destination for a round-trip coach airfare. The reimbursement bands are listed below.
If your preferred departure destination is not listed in the travel reimbursement table, contact connection@globaldmcpartners.com to understand what your reimbursement amount will be prior to booking your flight.

Global DMC Partners will only reimburse for the flight costs, they will not reimburse for any change or flight cancellation costs, and you must attend the event in order to be reimbursed.
Reimbursements will be made via bank transfers, wire or check (for US Based clients only) and you will need to provide your banking information during the registration process. If your flight is booked in another currency, Global DMC Partners will reimburse you in your local currency, based on the USD flight band amount. Global DMC Partners will not reimburse you for any bank fees associated with the reimbursement process.
If you choose to cancel your registration and have booked your flight, Global DMC Partners will not be able to reimburse you for your flight. You must attend the event in order to receive your flight reimbursement.
Global DMC Partners will reimburse you for baggage costs (for a maximum of one bag per person), as long as it is within the reimbursement limit allotted. Global DMC Partners will not reimburse for advance seat selection, seat upgrades or flight/class upgrades. If these fees exceed the reimbursement limit allotted, it will not be reimbursable. These fees must be booked at the time the flight is made and added to the online travel claim and the total cost must come within the reimbursement limit. These costs should be shown on the invoice when submitting the reimbursement information.
Global DMC Partners will not reimburse for advance seat selection, seat upgrades, flight upgrades or class upgrades, nor any cancellation/change fees. In addition, Global DMC Partners will cover bank transfer charges from its own account, but should you be charged by your bank to receive our transfer, those fees are not reimbursable.
In order to claim reimbursement for your flight, you must enter your banking/check information in the registration system by April 30, 2025. Your reimbursement will be processed no later than July 11, 2025. No reimbursement will be made prior to the Connection.
Your flight arrangements will be handled by the DMC that invited you, and you will be contacted shortly after registering to approve your itinerary.
