For those who wish to extend their experience beyond Lisbon, we are offering a two-night group extension in Porto from Sunday, January 11 – Tuesday, January 13. This is an ideal opportunity to discover another side of Portugal, rich with history, culture and gastronomy. 

The extension will take place with a minimum of 10 participants.

Tentative Extension Itinerary

Sunday, January 11:

• Morning: Transfer from Lisbon to Porto (Three-hour drive) 

• Lunch: Bruto Restaurant 

• Afternoon: Old Tram & Walking Tour 

• Dinner: Enoteca Restaurant 

Monday, January 12th:

• Morning/Lunch: Gastronomic Experience with Local Artisans, exploring Bulhao Market, iconic coffees and shops 

• Afternoon: Port Wine Cellars Visit & Tasting 

• Dinner: On own 

Tuesday, January 13th:

Departures: The suggestion would be to arrange your flights so that you return home from the Porto airport. If you are going back to Lisbon, it’s around a 3-3.5 hour drive, so please plan accordingly. There is an additional cost if you are transferring back to Lisbon instead of the Porto airport.  

Hotel:
Maison Albar - Le Monumental Palace 5* 
272€ a night for Single/Double Occupancy 
Breakfast included, tourist tax to be paid onsite. 
Reservations will be handled by GDP for two nights based on your registration, payment will be made to the hotel onsite. 

Extension Costs:
The costs for the Extension includes transfers from Lisbon to Porto via bus, transfers for all activities and meals, activities, two lunches and one dinner and transfers to Porto airport on Tuesday. Payment for the extension will be handled closer to the event.
